Is every lead sent to all the listed companies in an area?
No, the potential customer chooses which companies he or she wants to receive a
quote from. On average 4 out of the 6 listed companies are selected.

Can I quit my listing at any time?
Yes, you may cancel the agreement anytime by sending an e-mail or fax that you
want to stop receiving our leads. You will be billed only for the leads sent to
you until the moment of cancellation.

Do I have to pay for incomplete or fake quotation requests?
If a lead does not have sufficient/fake contact details (both telephone and
email address are incorrect) then you can claim for a credit, provided the claim
is made within 5 working days. Please include a copy of the lead in question.

I want to receive international relocation leads from non-european countries.
www.europemovers.com is only aimed at
people moving to and from european countries. To receive leads form non-european
countries, you have to get listed on our international website:

What if I receive the same quotation request twice?
Sometimes you will receive duplicate leads, however all duplicate leads are
automatically marked and you only get billed for them once.
